Our Pasture-Raised Biltong Sticks are deliberately rustic. Each piece varies naturally in shape and thickness because this is real beef — not a manufactured snack designed to look identical.

Slowly dried and simply seasoned with coriander, pepper and salt, they deliver concentrated beef flavour with that satisfying biltong chew.
