On the nose you’ll find bright aromas of green apple, pear, citrus, and white-flower blossom, with hints of pineapple and soft tropical fruit that speak of the 2025 vintage’s healthy, flavour-rich grapes.

On the palate the wine is crisp, lively and clean, with juicy fruit flavours of apple and pear, zesty citrus energy and a mineral-driven freshness — bright acidity gives it a refreshing, medium-bodied character.

It’s an unoaked, approachable white — ideal for seafood, shellfish, salads or light dishes — perfect chilled for hot afternoons or casual meals.
