Tomato Chilli Jam with Ginger
A glazed light red colour with a chunky consistency (small pieces of tomato). This jam has a sweet fruity flavour with a hint of chilli and an underlying
taste of ginger.
Ten great uses for chilli jams
1. Serve with fishcakes and salad
2. Stir through pasta with some spinach and grated parmesan
3. Add to fish parcels (plus a bit extra on the side!)
4. As a spicy topping for burgers/burritos/hotdogs
5. Add a couple of tablespoons to Spaghetti Bolognaise for a bit of a kick
6. As a topping for your cheese and biscuits
7. Mix with a little lime juice and olive oil for a zesty, spicy salad dressing
8. Mix with a bit of mayo for a spicy prawn dip
9. Drizzle on top of a thai chicken curry
10. Surprisingly good as a dip for ready salted crisps
