A refined sparkling wine from South Africa’s Western Cape, the Saltare Brut Nature is composed of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and made in the classic method (bottle-fermented). The wine spends 18-24 months on the lees before disgorgement, (refers to the period when the wine rests in the bottle) and critically, no dosage (no added sugar) and minimal sulphur are used, allowing crystalline purity and elegant expression of flavour.
