Lamb Chops with Anchovy
Butter
8 lamb chops
Olive oil, salt
100g butter softened
50g anchovy fillets, well rinsed
and drained
1 Tsp anchovy paste
Anchovy Butter
Cream the butter in a bowl. Beat
in the anchovies, then beat in the anchovy paste.
Brush both sides of the chops
with olive oil, place on the braai for 2-4 minutes depending on how well done you like your lamb..
Season with salt,
transfer to a warm serving dish and dot with anchovy butter.
