Lamb Chops with Mint and
Rosemary
8 lamb chops
Juice of 1 lemon
Plenty of olive oil for
brushing
1 sprig mint chopped
1 sprig rosemary
chopped
1 clove garlic,
crushed
1 Tsp whole grain
mustard
Salt and Pepper
Mix together with lemon juice, 3
Tbs of the oil, mint, rosemary, garlic and mustard in a dish. Rub into chops and leave to marinade for 1-2
hours.
Braai for 1 to 2 minutes each
side, basting with the marinade.
